Capable for multiple hours of continued use with its huge 6.5amp hour 12 volt battery. Battery powered and tested for up to 12 hours of constant load on a regular size trailer on a single charge. The electric brake tester is capable of testing electric trailer brakes (continuous load applied) for a total of 9 minutes before requiring a charge. Fully portable unit. Maximum 18 Amp rated capacity. Monitors the loads for each light so as to check for consistencies among lighting circuits.
Vehicle Plug Testing Capability
When testing a vehicles trailer plug the stop light includes a speaker beeper for self checking of brake lights via sound. No need for a 2nd person to check your vehicles plug all can be done solo with this tester.
