Trailer Wiring Tester enables users to test trailer lighting without the need for a car or a truck. Capable for multiple hours of continued use. 24 volts Tested lights at .5amps for up to 4 hours of constant load on a regular size trailer on a single charge and double that for a 12 volt setting, fully portable, battery powered and rechargeable. Maximum 10 Amp rated capacity. Monitors the loads for each light so as to check for consistencies among lighting circuits.
Battery Life
- Regular Light Testing – On a full charge this unit is capable for many multiple hours of continued use with its 4.4amp/hour 12 volt battery and 2.2amp/hour 24 volt battery..
- Testing Single Axle Electric Trailer Brakes – (continuous load applied at 8amps) for a total of 6 minutes before requiring a full charge.
- Testing Twin Axle Electric Trailer Brakes – Not applicable
Fully Portable Unit
Keeping the unit fully charged is highly recommended and is highly recommended after electric brake testing is applied. Fully portable and light. Maximum 14 Amp rated capacity. Monitors the loads for each light so as to check for consistencies among lighting circuits.
