Introduction

When You buy a Trailer Light Tester from us these terms and conditions will govern the rules between seller and buyer. They are as follows….

1 Products purchased

1.1 The product is to be in new condition when received and without fault.

2 Shipping & email updates

2.1 All products are shipped to you within a reasonable time after purchase normally around 2-3 business days after the purchase date.
2.2 Email updates during the shipping process are sent but not guaranteed. Failure for you to receive these emails are out of our control and cant always be guaranteed though we will do our best to ensure you get them during the processing and shipping process. We are not responsible if you do not receive them.
2.3 All products shipped are tracked and a signature will be required as proof you’ve received them.

3 Warranty

3.1 The date of the Purchase is the date the warranty begins.
3.2 The warranty is for 1 year after purchase and is between You and Us.
3.3 Warranty does not cover units that have been damaged by misuse and neglect or units that have been opened during the 1 year warranty period or from the units natural wear and tare.
3.4 Warranty’s do not cover the units 7 pin trailer connecting plug.

4 Warranty claims usage

4.1 Repairs for part failures of your tester is under the 1 year warranty and is also labour free – buyers need to pay shipping to us and for sending back to you if warranty is to be used.

5 Refund policy

5.1
We do not offer a refund once items are dispatched at the post office. If before hand you have changed your mind after making a purchase but not after dispatch please call as soon as possible to inform us of your cancellations as items are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
